Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Trump Released After Court Appearance

The Rhode Island man accused of threatening to kill President Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller has been released from custody after an appearance in federal court.

Thirty-seven-year-old Carl Montague's release comes with conditions.

He must get mental health treatment and cannot have firearms, alcohol or drugs.

He can't leave Rhode Island, must surrender his passport and look for work.

According to an affidavit, Montague admitted to posting the threats, saying he was smoking a lot of marijuana and had no intention of acting on them.
