Scorching temperatures are in the forecast again across Western Mass.
The Extreme Heat Warning is still in effect for the central and eastern parts of Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties, where the heat index could get up to 110 degrees.
Health officials are reminding residents to stay cool, stay hydrated, and limit time away from an air conditioner.
The Extreme Heat Warning is set to expire tonight, and much cooler temperatures are expected by the end of the week.
Cooling Centers remain open in Springfield.
